The cake was AMAZING! Everyone talked about it all day long! I cannot believe the detail that went into it! It was so beautiful, AND was the best tasting cake I have ever had! Greg and I wanted to thank you both for making the world’s most beautiful, elegant and delicious cake. EVERYONE at the wedding commented on how wonderful the sandcastle was. When it was time for us to cut the cake my Aunt even ran up to stop us. She shouted, “It is so lovely, do not cut this!” We could not have been happier with the cake. Words can’t describe how beautiful and delicious our wedding cake was. Jimmy and I were both floored at how wonderfully you created and designed our cake to match our colors. The guests were all raving about how delicious the Strawberry Diplomat cake was. It was sooo good that we didn’t even save the top of our cake for our first anniversary… we ate it the night after the wedding!

I just wanted to let you know that the BC cake was AMAZING!! It was the talk of the party, other than my son, the graduate. It was just fabulous. People could not believe it was a real cake. I just want to thank you and the chef so very much for the cake that you did for my boyfriend's 30th birthday party. When I picked the cake up on Friday I just thought it was breathtaking! I was just amazed at what a wonderful job the chef had done right down to the color. The even better part of it was when the cake was brought out for my boyfriend at the party. Thank you SO much for our beautiful wedding cake!! You made my dream Cinderella cake a reality. Everyone was taking pictures of it and exclaiming it was the most intricate and beautiful cake they had every seen. The best part was how moist and delicious it was.
